I got lazy so I just stripped the top with bacon instead of wrapping it. Bamboo skewers to hold the ends closed and keep the bacon in place.

Whats the difference????   lol food still looks good even after 2 yrs....gotta try it. But thanks for the heads up.....I did not relize it was 2 years old.

oooh.  you had me at gorgonzola.  That's inspires me to be less lazy with my next tenderloin!  I did a fattie in the oven for dinner recently cuz the weather was just too wacky. Cheers!
