For a quickie dinner tonight I did up some drumsticks with Cajun seasoning and cherry wood. Smoked the drums for and hour and finished them off at 250.
Nice and juicy....

Those be some nice lookin' drums, Oneshot. Bet they were tasty. For something a bit different try some orange wood. I did some chicky thighs last week with it and they were out of this world.

Those look real good. I am not a huge fan of chicken but I like drumsticks alot. They turn out pretty dang good on the traeger.

I dont think Orange wood is an option for the Traeger Pellets Yet.

Thanks Mikey, I checked and Traeger doesn't have orange wood pellets as of yet. I'm waiting for a back order of garlic pellets that should give the the chickie a new twist. My mouth is watering just thinkin about it...lol
