Hey everyone, I'm just getting into smoking and I am about to buy a Char-Griller Smoker Pro. I would love any advice on smoking times, techniques, chips chunks or logs, rubs and any other useful information anyone might be willing to pass along. I can't wait to get started and look forward to sharing experiences and ideas with all of you.

You will find EVERYTHING you could possible need and more here. These guys rock!

I can't help much with tips for your char griller, but I'm postive folks will start chiming in shortly.

Welcome aboard and don't ever hesitate to try something new!!
