Did some of these today in the drum.... what Costco calls Country Style Ribs.

Not only do those look tasty, I like the embedded video shot in your qvue!!! What kind of wood did you use to kiss those sweeties? Looks like some great treats!

Thanks much. I used one chunk each of apple, peach and hickory. I also smoked three slabs of babybacks and about 2 dozen wings. No pics of those, so it didn't happen. icon_lol.gif

The sauce looks nice & glazed on there. How long did you smoke them with the sauce on?

Thanks. I smoked them about 20 minutes with the sauce on them. I used the Sweet Baby Ray's with a few touches of my own thrown in.
