Just found this site recently researching smokers. Wow is all I can say. Great site. Worked in the meat business for 20 yrs and wanted to get back into smoking again. Ended up with a 40" MES.Lots of nice ones out there but price had alot to do with it. A bit different than the walk in smokers I was used to

. Hoping to cook up some good food and try to smoke small batches of kielbasa. Tons of great info here. Thanks again for an awesome site.

Glad you got back into the smoking thing, I'm sure with that much meat experience you'll be able to add quite a bit.
40" MES, very nice choice.
