Hey I have been lurking for awhile now since I have really dove into the smoking thing. I love the info here. I can hardly look at the posts with pics without wanting to fire up some coal and drooling all over. I have been smoking for about three years. I started with a Masterbuilt 7 in 1 setup but have recently built a homeader out of a 100 gal diesel fuel tank from a dump truck at work. I will have to get some pics up. Anyway the homader I keep at the campground I stay at during the summer. I have lots of people to give samples. Everyone loves the new cooker. Especially me!
