Hello all. I've been lurking here for a while and finally decided to post. First off I want to thank all you guys for the great information and recipes that can be had here.

I'm a farmer from eastern Ark. who likes to smoke/grill in my spare time. In the past I've used a Brinkman electric smoker. Several years ago I had some free time so I made a cooker to keep at my shop out of an 80 gallon propane tank. This spring has been so wet that I had a little more time so I made a smoker/grill combo from a 250 gallon propane tank and a smaller tank off an old Moline tractor. I wish I had found this place before I built it as I've seen some great ideas that I might have added. I tested it out today to make sure I didn't need to make any major changes after its painted. Smoked two butts for about 15 hours, threw on a couple racks of ribs later and then tried some plain cheddar and bacon ABT's. Sorry I only got a pic of one rack of ribs but trust me the rest were delicious. Overall I was pleased with the cooker so I guess it'll get a paint job as soon as my green and black I ordered comes in.

Russell
