Through a few chicken thighs on the fire box side of the smoker this afternoon. No rub or anything to special, just some basic seasonings. Put a quartered up onion in some foil to cook up too.
This is the first time I fired it up to just grill, I must say I like it a lot this way. Here's the finished product.
