Hi Folks,
I'm located in Maryland near the Chesapeake and Spring is in full swing. So out comes my smoker and off I go again to try to improve my ribs. My co-worker makes the best ribs I have ever tasted and my recipe/technique falls short to his time and again. We have a friendly rib cook off and I want to start working on my edge now. Glad I found this site .tongue.gif
