homade guacomole w qview

Homemade Guacomole
3 ripe avocodos
1 tomato, recipie calls for a roma
big hadful of cilantro
4 green onions to be sliced
1 tablespoon sliced jalepenos
green pepper to taste
1 lime for juicing

rough cut the cilanto, fine dice onion, tomato, green pepper and jalepenos
scoop out the avocodos, chop, and mash with a fork to the consistensy you desire
add all ingreds in a bowl, squeeze the lime juice into the ingreds and thoroughly mix.

was my first try at guacomole so anyone trys this let me know what you think. thks for cking my thread!!!

Erain, that looks fantastic. There are as many ways to make guacamole as there are days in the year, so whatever you all like go for it!

love guaks-but not cilantro-I add some onion & a garlic clove or 2 and a few tsp. my fav salsa-looks good erain.

Looks good erain! For a special treat, try adding a couple tablespoonsfull each of mayonaise and sour cream.
