Not sure why I always say Howdy since I'm from Minnesota. I should probably say. How ya doin, eh? ;)

Anyways, I just started diving into Q'n this year. I've been a long time back yard griller, but never really done any Q. Earlier this year I tried out my old Brinkman 7 in 1 smoker and did up a pork butt. While it turned out good, I wasnt happy with the amount of propane it used and wanted more.
I ended up getting an old New Braunfels offset smoker. Non of the lids seal tight, so that's just sitting in my garage. I've since made an UDS and I LOVE it! Been cooking on in almost non-stop.. Cooking too much where I had to take a break from smoked foods and fire up the gasser. :)

Well, that's a little bit about me.. Looking forward to reading this forum and learning a bunch of new tips and techniques.

Have fun and remember-NO Q-view- didn't happen-

Welcome to SMF glad you joined us. Have fun and happy smoking

Q-ing is always fun even when it does not turn out so great. But the best part is you can always learn more. Welcome to SMF and enjoy your stay.
