3 cups milk
4 eggs
Dash of salt
1/4 lb.(or stick) of margarine / or butter

Cook macaroni in salty water as directed.
Drain
Put back in pot, add butter to macaroni
Whip eggs and milk, add to macaroni in pot
Stir in cheese
Place in greased casserole (baking dish, etc.)
Bake at 350 for about 30 min, or until liquid is firm but not dry.

This is a family recipe that i have been wanting to share. Beats the heck out of that boxed stuff

I have seen smoked mac-n-cheese qview before and it looked pretty darn tasty.

I'll have to try this.
