Here is a pic of some wings i smoked today. The Family was impressed. I brined them over night in 1gal of water w/ onion powder , garlic powder and kosher salt. Then right before they went on the smoker I coated them in BBQ Sauce mixed with some honey and a little bit of lemon pepper. Then i served em up w/ some celery, and some chips & homemade guacomole that the wife made.
