Hello all! Just got myself a new grill/smoker, and have been wanting to get into this for quite some time. I just bought a Chargriller Duo with a FSB, and hopefully (if weather holds out) season it this weekend :) I am beyond a novice at this, but grilled all through college. I can't wait to learn as much as possible :)

Welcome to SMF glad you joined us. Congrats on the new smoker. You'll find lots of good info here as well as some great recipes. Have fun and happy smoking

Thanks! Believe it or not, you're the reason that I signed up for the forum. I was looking at different mods, and liked yours the best. I was actually getting over there to comment about it :P

Welcome and thanks for coming along.

Welcome to the group Chicago I did my Navy basic training at Great Lakes years ago. One of the best meals I've ever had was at a little authentic Greek deli in Chicago
