Hello, I just found your forum, and after reading a bit,realized how little about smoking I know! I've been burnin' meat quite a while, but have learned more in a couple of days on here than from lots of trial and error! I cook quite a bit, but look forward to learning more from all of you.
I have a Brinkman offset smoker and an upright "gourmet" electric smoker. I am working on building a custom smoker, but decided to place that project on hold 'til I learn more. Thanks for being here!
