They look really good, Tip. I like them with cheddar too.

If you want a more authentic taste, next time try either provolone or cheese whiz. The two most famous places for cheesesteaks don't agree on which cheese is best. icon_rolleyes.gif

I'm sure it did bring them running! It's amazing how far away you can smell good food. icon_mrgreen.gif

Now that's my kind of sandwich. I'm partial to the cheeze wiz crowd for a philly cheesesteak, though all cheese is good. With only two exceptions have never met a cheese I didn't like.

Those would be Limburger and it's ba****d cousin from Spain, Garrotxa. eek.gif Blech!

Thanks for the pic, now I'm hungry again....

I also am a supporter of the cheese sauce versus any other.

LOL Dawn, most people kinda give a eek.gif face when they hear of the cheese whiz on the original philly steaks. I've had both and think I like the provolone a tad better but that cheese whiz is plenty good too!! Heck, gimme both sammies!

Great looking sammies, Tip. Looks like those will be a success with the family.
