So I've got these hooks on the inside of my cabinet that would allow me to hang stuff that's up to maybe 2ft. long.

I was wondering if anybody cooks their ribs hanging instead of rolled or halved and set on racks.
If so, what do you use to grab ahold of the rack of ribs so as to prevent the thing from falling once it gets tender?

I know I've seen pictures of hanging ribs in one of those big vertical units, but I don't think I've ever seen a rib hanger being sold that could properly grasp the rack of ribs.

Thoughts?

I may be mistaken but I think those hooks are for sausage links.

I've got some Rib Hooks made by CookShack. Had these for when I had the Amerique and have hung a few racks. I personally don't see a reason to do it unless you just need the space.

Thanks, I found those hooks.

It's mostly a matter of presentation - kinda nice to serve a whole rack intact and with the width of my cooker being around 16", I've gotta cut the racks in half to put on my grates.
And I don't think you can roll spare-ribs like you can short-ribs, though I've not tried doing either.
Plus it just seems simpler to hang 'em.
