So I've got these hooks on the inside of my cabinet that would allow me to hang stuff that's up to maybe 2ft. long.
I was wondering if anybody cooks their ribs hanging instead of rolled or halved and set on racks.
If so, what do you use to grab ahold of the rack of ribs so as to prevent the thing from falling once it gets tender?
I know I've seen pictures of hanging ribs in one of those big vertical units, but I don't think I've ever seen a rib hanger being sold that could properly grasp the rack of ribs.
Thoughts?
