Even though this was a long process and probably a lot harder than it had to be because of my inexperience with charcoal, I will definitely be doing this again.

Dawn, I don't know how I missed this post but the brisket turned out God d***ed beautiful!!! Nice crust and the tenderness shows in the final pics.
