brine??

I found one of these, at a local restaurant supply house. Cost me 20 bucks. I figured if I'm going to brine, I want something dedicated to just that. I've seen what my sweetie and kids have done with the 5gal pails I have in the garage. Manufacturer is a co. called Cambro.

All good answers. Any food grade bucket (McD's , a Bakery , Restaurants ; anywhere food is served. Just ask, all they can say is "NO". Chances are you'll find a soruce and

stainless Steel is good too. Wash in a Dishwasher and it's sterile.
