Sorry for the small post but these turned up last minute, went to walmart early this morning for some stuff for the daughters apt and i went and checked out the ribs and lo and behold they were all on clearance because they were getting close to the expiration date(3 more days)..there were babybacks for 1.89 a lb so i bought all 9 packs and some beef back ribs for .99 a lb so i grabbed 6 of those and threw some in LuLu...
1 pack of BB's and 1 pack of Dino bones all were rubbed with Durkees rib rub and pepper.
they all turned out great. did them 2-2-.5 spritzed with apple cider and the smoke was pecan..got a pretty good rain but the GOSMBB did a great job
