Almost everyone completly and totaly wraps their fatties tight with bacon. I love bacon, but I just couldn't do it. I'm making a fatty tomorrow. I may put a slice or two of bacon on top of it, or perhaps inside but very close to the surface, and set it so that the bacon is on top while it's smoking. Man, you can really run the Chloresterol and Triglycerides off the scale eating some of this stuff...... Once in a while is fine, but it's easy to start eating this stuff all the time.
