My handle is Flinter, and I have absolutely NO experience at this what so ever. I am getting interested in curing and drying meats, for extended use time. With the way things are going in this world, I really feel this could come in very handy. I have a lot of survival skills and could last a long time out in the woods, but I think this would help, by making best use of what i harvest. Besides, it is a very interesting hobby. So, get prepared for some of the dumbest questions you ever heard. I will need a lot of help and advice. Thank for letting me in. I am looking forward to learning from the experience folks here.
