Hello all,

The message title is a little misleading as I'm not exactly new to smoking but I am new to the forum.

I've been using a Char-Griller grill with a side fire box for about 2 years. I just got a new Masterbuilt electric smoker and I'm going to break it in tomorrow.

Great forum... I'm happy to be here.
