Yesterdays dinner was a 1 bone Prime Rib, twice baked potato with onion and jalapeno and candied yams mixed with a box of mac & cheese.

Rubbed the meat with Emerils Essense.

Almost ready to come off. Topped potatos and yams with some chedder cheese

Looks great. Never heard of mixing yams and mac and cheese. Interesting.

The yams & mac? I was digging for the can of candied yams and also saw the box of mac & cheese. Don;t think I would do it on purpose again but they weren't bad. Next time just some smokey yams.
