This is a repost of my first smoke ever. It was lost in the crash so I thought I would put it back up.

My first smoked turkey. Here is the whole bone in breast.

Breasts cut off the bone.

And sliced.

This was the smoke that got me hooked. Best turkey I have ever had.

Thanks for looking.

Nice job, Brad. Nice and moist.

Great looking bird. Cruizer, do a turkey when you get a chance. Not hard at all. My very first smoke what a 11# bird, used the brine listed under the main menu. Not to brag...oh who am I kiddin, it was fan-flippin-tastic. I mean it was GOOOOOOOD. I was unsure how it would come out. Needless to say, Im hooked. Give it a try. Hell I made mine on a big chief. A smoker that was basically designed as a glorified space heater LOL. Just make sure you have good heat and a proper internal temp. Good luck.
