Picnic shoulder with QVIEW

Alright I'm glad the sites back up and glad to be back posting . I did a picnic shoulder today on the Masterbuilt 7n1 , great little smoker , and a fatty at the end . Had corn , kidney beans with onions and throw in a glass of sweet tea and supper was mighty fine tonight .

Went with a quick dose of "Moores" marinade and then a toned down version of my pork rub(time issues this morning) and sharp cheddar in the fatty . Should have the big rig going for the race this weekend and will have a little more variety . Sorry about he last pics being dark , hope ya'll enjoy .

Looks real good. Were you monitoring temperature or going by 'feel' on the shoulder?
