First fatty

I made my first fatty and since it was silly to fire up the smoker for just that. I did some wings too.

Ready to roll

Rolled and seasoned

Wings marinated for 18 hours

Into the smoker

2 1/2 hours later. Glazed and ready to go.

Umm umm Good!!

Looks like a bunch of tasty food you've made for yourself. My eyes are seeing a Silver Smoker as your cooker, am I seeing correctly?

I used my own sauce. 4 parts to one with honey. Glazed every 20 minutes in the last hour.

It is actually a New Braunfels Black Diamond. Which I guess is now called the silver smoker...haha
