Hiya everyone! I got a black MES for Christmas and I have been doing a good bit of reading in these forums the last 2 weeks. I am learning a lot from you guys. My first experiment in the smoker was some beef jerky. Um, yea, horrible failure. lol. It was like little strips of smoked flavored brick. Way too hot and for too long. Anyway, I look forward to being here and learning a whole lot more.
