Hey ya'll,

I was on here so brief as EggMan I wanted to start over agian. I cook on an 11 year old BGE. Plan to build a cold smoke house this spring and hope to pick up an off-set some day.

Live in a semi-rural community in North Western NJ. No Sopranos just Black Bears roaming around.

Love BBQ, cigars, beer, blues, hunt'n & fishi'n. This is a great site, glad it's back on track. Thanks for all the great advice shared here.
