My HDG (horizontal dum grill) build is under way. I picked up a 55 gallon drum. The frame is being welded from 2 bed frames (it's ok to laugh). The stand is almost done. Need to add some casters and support bars. I'm hoping to take the plasma cutter to the barrel tomorrow. I'll try to get some pics up in the morning.

I added lower supports to the stand and cut the drum in half. Next up cleaning out the honey residue and burn off the liner
