I'm looking at a used SS 40' MES. Anyone have an opinion on what a good fair price might be? A friend of mine is selling his. It's in decent shape from what I've seen. Any opinions? Thanks

You are accumulating quite a fleet of smokers. How will you decide which one to cook on?

I just bought my 40" materbuilt electric(digital) black not ss for ummmmmm 25.00 in the box. I saw a guy with about 10 of them in the back of his truck at a little country store near the house and he was asking 40.00 but I got mine for ................25.00. Not much help but as a reference I usually look on ebay and craigslist and see what they have been selling for. Just my 02 cents worth. Good luck.

My god MAN! I'd a bought 'em all! That's awesome! He is asking $100 for this used one...just wondering if that's a good price or not. Nice score though!

I think an electric might be nice for winter time. I have a screened in back porch that has an outlet. I figure it might be good just to park near the sliding glass door and let'er rip. I figure having 1 electric, one propane, one sfb/gasser, and a UDS should be good. If I ever need to feed an army I should be able to do it with out running back and forth adding coal to the fire all of the time. We'll see...

I went to the same store the next day asking where he was and I'm still asking how to find him. I thought I had been took but there is not a scratch on the one I got. Next time I'll buy the whole load.

Mrwizard I just sent you an email about a smoker on craigslist.
