Thanks- saw it over there and it'll be something I'm definitely going to be doing. Fresh out of the garden, dried and ground just has to add that little something extra to everything I'm sure. If nothing else it'll be fun!
They look great Tip. This post has given me an idea. I wonder if slicing an apple up and laying them across the rack, then smoke. Do you think that enough juices from the apple slices will get into the ribs???
