Some pork shoulders that I was doing for my friends.

The Grill sitting on top of my gas stove.





After 8 hours at 215, temp up to 160.

Nice looking pork. No charcoal available for heat there? If that's true, and you are motovated to have some, it's not hard to make lump. Messy and time consuming, but not hard ;{)
