The girlfriend is out of town for the week, so I got a chance to gamble on dinner a bit and test out some new things. First on my list was a chuck roast and im pleased to say it turned out pretty well with a solid smokey flavour. (first time posting pics so it might be a bit shaky...)

Here's the roast...




Seasoned with some Adobo...



In the MES with apple and hickory...



Hit 200 deg and rested for an hour...



Pulled...



With green beans and hominy...



Very good and the next night had it in enchiladas, chuck is definately one of my favs now.

Yeah I'm still getting used to the re-sizing, next time I'll bump them up a level.
