So I had ribs out to do some smoking yesterday. Well the wife had different plans. So I figured id do it today after church. WRONG. I was told we have a birthday party to go too. I am determined to get these ribs smoked so here it is. Just put in in about 30 minutes ago. 1 rack of baby back and 1 rack of spares.

nice one mudd. your attitude is inspiring! i definitely would've given up. don't you hate it when your wife springs a bunch of crap on you, then tells you she "told you about this days ago"... hahaha, gotta love 'em! anyway, post up some more view, those ribs look great!

Here's the finished product. I tried using the mustard to hold the rub on and not sure I liked it. There is too much rub this time. Im gonna have to rethink it the next time. I liked it but the wife thinks it too spicy.
