Well I'll try this again. Wayside Ranch tried to steer me in the right direction, then I also went back and read the tutorial.

First pic is from yesterday when I did some meat loaf. Temp was steady at 250 for an hour. Fuel was R.O. and Wally world charcoal. I also used 1 good sized chunk of apple, cherry and mesquite;

Here is the second photo. This is after about an hour and temp was just cranked to 325;

This is the last one. Meat loaf all done and sauced. Two family members didn't want any sauce those are the two in the middle. Temp ended at about 330;

Well here on the preview it worked. Thanks Wayside Ranch for your help. In your honor I'll go ahead and do those chickens tomorrow on the first day of fall and eat them for you.

They were mini loaves, little 1 pounders. Everybody in this house has their one favorite spices so I have to make seperate loaves when I smoke them. Almost had to take the divider out of the smoker just to get them all in there. Wutang I thought it was a fitting way to honor him as well. Smoking one chicken all for myself. Either way, sure am glad I figured out how to post the pics.

Good looking loaves David!
