Bought a 7# whole pork loin but when I opened it it was cut in quarters. Oh well Just makes it easier to share with dad and the neighbors and also will have more bark. Rubbed with Lysanders pork rub with some fresh ground habenero added. (Just a pinch) Got it on the pit with some cherry for smoke. Qview coming soon.
