OK yesterday I posted some pics of my meat loaf that I smoked but it didn't work out to well. I am reposting now using photobucket instead of the gallery.

Number one is as the meat loaf went on. Temp was sitting at 250 and stabilized for 1 hour. Fuel was R.O. with a little Wally world brand charcoal. I also used 1 chunk of apple, cherry and mesquite:[IMG]file:///C:/DOCUME%7E1/Owner/LOCALS%7E1/Temp/moz-screenshot-2.jpg[/IMG]

Here is the second photo, the temp was just boosted to 325;

And the last photo right as they were being removed. The 2 middle tubs were naked, had 2 family members that don't like sauce, go figure. The others all had my home made q sauce. Final temp was just about 330 in the smoke chamber:
