Thought that meatloaf for sammies would be good to pack in the fridge in the semi next week, so i got one from the freezer and went to work. I had extra room in the GCSP, so why not?

coated with tomato paste and lots of brown sugar


Meatloaf only gets better with a smoke ring

I AM glad i dit, i had to try some, and it will be good eatin on some pumpernickle... if it makes it to the fridge in the truck that is.
