Hi Doug, I've been wanting to try a pineapple glaze with crushed red pepper on some ribs for a long while so It'll be interesting to see how your apple glaze turns out. Do us (me) a favor and keep notes on quantities, brands, etc and don't forget to snap some pics
. Like Rich said, you should probably apply the glaze during the last 15 to 20 minutes of the smoke to let it caramelize but not burn. Dang it Doug, now you've gone and made me hungry!
