Hi all, I have a boneless pork leg tip roast that I would like to try and smoke but I have no clue what to do to prepare the meat! Should I just prep it like any other roast? I'm also planning to put on some tenderloin as well, any ideas?
Thanks
Cody

Thanks richtee, as you can tell I do not know my meat! I have not had the smoker very long and used to bbq burgers and steaks thats it, but now I know where to look, any ideas on the tenderloin or should I not smoke them?
Thanks
Cody

Pork loin is great smoked. Plenty of posts here on it Also search "mohogany sauce" for the loin.

I'm just confused by the name of the cut.... never heard of it. But it seems they invent new ones all the time. "pork brisket" Sheesh it's rib tips!
