Wanted to try my hand at posting some QView. These are some country style spareribs that I rubbed and smoked with hickory for about 4 hours.

I was worried about smoking ribs that had been seperated but they turned out really good -not dry at all. I will definitely use these country ribs again. Don't mind the gun. I originally posted this picture last week at a firearms website I belong too and the requirements for a "dinner pic" must include a shot of one of your firearms.

Looks good sandman67

It looks good. Glad you explained the gun. Was hoping you were not forcing people to eat your food.

I thought you were protecting your plate of food. If I had a plate looking that good, I would have to bring out my entire collection. GREAT work there.

Looks great congrats on a fine smoke

They keep changing the darn dinner pic rules. So I bailed on the stapler. But really it should be in there.

What's your screen name over there? I'm same as here.

Screen name the same also, Have not posted there much lately. Except the small amount of research to replace my EoTech with an Aimpoint Comp ML3
