Hello, I haven't used my Brinkman smoke and grill in many years. I just moved to a new city and state and the Brink has been staring at me every time I come into the garage, lol. So, I have a couple beef shoulders in the freezer and decided it's time to give it another try. I found this site looking for tips/tricks to getting the job done right. Welcome to smf! Reseason that brink and let the TBS roll If you are a lil rusty your self, you may want to take Jeffs 5 day ecourse. there is a lot of great info packed in there. I know a few seasoned smokers that could benefit from it. Enjoy your time here 07.
