I have connections to many local farms, etc and also the local butchers. I can get whole and halve hogs dirt cheap fully butchered and packaged. Last time I bought one I got the hog for .45/pound then $100 for the butcher fee. $225 or so was my total for like 150lbs of finished meat. If we get enough people together we can probably do better than that. For cuts it's up to you, we can do hams, roast, ground, etc. I can also get beef, lamb, etc, not as cheap though. What I envision is sort of a meat share program like they do with crop share, if you've never heard of that before it's where you pay a set amount and every month or so you get a "share" of crops from a farm.
