Well my name is Josh. I live in Payson AZ. I've been around smoked meats since I was a kid. We'd go camping for Thanksgiving every year and Dad would smoke the turkey in a Barrel style smoker. Took for ever. Always hated waiting for the turkeys.

I purchased my first smoker last year at good old Wal-Mart. Please don't laugh because its served its purpose well. I've had several parties and absolutely nobody has gone home disappointed. Matter of fact I got one of my supervisors into it and had to use his new smoker at the last party.

I'm a police officer here and am on our special response team. During our last training I noticed a few good old fashioned huge propane tanks. I purchased two tanks and am in the process of building a large trailer smoker. The cooker side is 150g tank and the hot box is the size of my Wal-Mart smoker. I'm enjoying the build. Now I won't have to borrow anyone's smokers any more.

Anyway, just stopped in to get some ideas here and there. I've already fell in love with the Burn Barrel for wood smokers. Lets just say there will be one attached to the trailer. I'll just preface to everyone that I borrow ideas from with a huge thanks.
