Naw. It turns out my 8lb butt only weighed in a little over 5. That's whole nuther argument that I won't get into.

Pitt/Houston then Dallas/Cleveland. The only two day games televised in my area

, and of course the night game.

I usually average 7 1/2 + as of late with 8 lb butts. Once you get your 165º foil and raise temp from 250 to 280º. Got one friend that goes to 300º. They come out just fine.

Don't tell me you didn't snap a fatty-view before ya ate it now did ya?

Butts lookin good, don't forget to rest that butt for an hr or 2 to take it over the top on flavor and texture.

The fattie pics got posted in the Fattie forum. Wouldn't dare take a bite with out postin pics. The butt came out fantastic. Let it set in the cooler for just over an hour. Bone pulled out with no force n it shredded perfectly

Thanks for the complements.

Dan - thank you for the points.

I 'member when I useta think it was kinda silly that people would post pix of their food when I was just lurkin round. But I can see now how this can be an obsession.
