Very nice brisket and looks like you did an outstanding job smoking it. I will have to give your spray/spritz a try some time. Just waiting for the pull pics mmmm I bet it was good.

Hey..little late, but here's a couple icon_smile.gif. Sliced it up for a couple dinners and sandwiches. Was very tender and moist PDT_Armataz_01_29.gif.
