I cooked up some spares today. They were not the meatiest I have ever seen and even had a couple of shiners, but they were good. First pic is ribs with membrane removed, moistened with worchestershire, seasoned, and placed on the smoker. Next is ribs ready to be foiled. Then ribs out of the foil. Finally ribs glazed with a mixture of grape jelly, butter, lemon juice, and jalapeño seasoning, and ready to eat.

Thanks to all for the comments. Cowgirl, you just can't trust this mail system these days. 1000, I like those Hereford cows. My family used to be in the registered Hereford business.
