I cooked up some spares today. They were not the meatiest I have ever seen and even had a couple of shiners, but they were good. First pic is ribs with membrane removed, moistened with worchestershire, seasoned, and placed on the smoker. Next is ribs ready to be foiled. Then ribs out of the foil. Finally ribs glazed with a mixture of grape jelly, butter, lemon juice, and jalapeÃ±o seasoning, and ready to eat.
