okay........i did the search, but didn't really see anything on this subject.........doing several racks of spares Monday, plus these..........any clues/help on smoking em........same as beef ribs WITH the bone?

TIA

Not sure what cut they use to get these but to me if it doesn't have a bone it isn't a rib. Is there much fat on em? If you could post a pic maybe I'd have a better idea.

wish i could, they aint been bought yet..........guests are dropping em off for me to do...........yeah, kinda like a country style rib.........which isn't a rib at all...............but i HAVE seen boneless pork ribs.........not sure what the REAL name of em are tho........lol

will post pics, as soon as i get em in-house

Ya, 250 ish, not long because of the size.

yeah, i KNEW i was going to take crap asking about time.......just trying to finger it so its all done at the same time.......no good having the beef done a hour before or after the ribs are...........

HOW BOUT THEM HAWKEYES........

And what part of the state did Mediacom NOT carry the BTN ? We better have it for the next game! And Steve, I am shocked that you asked a TIME question lol.

Not here. Our paper this morning said we wouldn't get it yet because we weren't included in the 1st phase of the new agreement. It was an area from Ft Dodge-Algona-Storm Lake-Spencer. We better have by the next game!!

slhould of come into town mark, and got spares today.......dahls had a sale..........HUGE full spares..........then we coulda watched the game together, silly..........LOL

Gotta lot of stuff done that wouldn't have otherwise. Speaking of sales. Hy-Vee has 25* box of spares for $26. You ever tried these?
