How do you guys and gals dry your corn cobs for smoking? Had some smoked corn on the cob last weekend and I broke them up and left by the sunny window. Was still damp days later. Finally put in the oven at 220 for 40 minutes and they dried out. When I opened the oven door it smelled very good. Can't wait to smoke with them. Will be my first time.
